For this project, we helped the largest distributor of high-end automative parts deliver their long-overdue brand overhaul, from developing a brand new Frontend in Drupal to migrating all of their old database into the new system, so it could be easily searched and updated. Additionally, we ensured the delivery by taking on project management and team management responsibilities.

Explore (August 2014)

Our Contributions: Video Streaming configuration, Internal Dashboard development, DevOps

For this project, we helped Explore significantly reduce their video bandwidth costs by helping them utilize YouTube and AWS. To help manage the transition, we also built a monitoring dashboard in WordPress.

KFC CateRING (July 2013)

Key Technologies: ExtJS, Bootstrap

Client: EMN8

Our Contributions: JavaScript Development, DevOps, Legacy Application Support

For this project, we helped KFC and one of their backend technology providers build a new web application to allow their customers to place catering orders online (long before the age of Uber Eats). We started by taking the client”s old code base, converted it into ExtJS, and then built new flows to allow guided ordering. The version of the site we developed stayed online for at least 5 years. A new Frontend is currently online at the same URL.
